Basic level:

Our Basic level Baking Training imparts in-depth knowledge of all four classifications related to baking, such as breads, pastries, cookies, cakes.

This level will take you through practical understanding of costing, planning, schedules, problem handling, different methods of process and variations.

Intermediate level:
Here we enhance the students skills to make finished food and desserts. Confectionery level will consist of snacks ,pastry along with dessert preparation. There is knowledge of newer ingredients along with special presentation procedures.

Higher level:

This training imparts the basic with intermediate level with bread baking techniques,international desserts and French/European patisserie.

4 weeks:Weekend courses for working professionals with certification also available.

Short term courses for Fondant Techniques,Gumpaste Flowers,Figure modelling,Wedding cakes,Decoration with wafer paper,Royal icing,Butter cream icing,whipping cream Icing are also conducted.
